The OPS team were approached by several clients looking to improve health & safety practices at work and their events. So, we provided a variety of training sessions, also supporting businesses in the creation of new processes and templates.

We have been working with the Event Cartel since 2017, enabling the safe delivery of events including Oktoberfest Southampton, Oktoberfest Poole and - in more recent years - the largest fireworks display on the South Coast.

Boiler Room: London returned for its second festival of the year in Burgess Park, following the success of Boiler Room’s show in May, also produced by The Fair. We Are OPS ensured the safe delivery of the event and ensured smooth operations management.

OPS has been working with Eastern Electrics since 2017 – delivering Operational and Event Health & Safety services alongside the production team and our sister agency, The Fair.

Having worked with organisers at Moseley Park for over 16 years, as well as Mostly Jazz Funk and Soul, OPS was asked to provide licensing and health & safety services to support the delivery of this fun, family-friendly event, as well as the iconic comeback concert for UB40.

Leading property company Northacre were keen to launch a new market, and OPS were tasked with delivering a realistic timeline that would meet the needs of the client without compromising stakeholder engagement.

The team behind GALA and Bird On The Wire selected OPS to provide operation and event health and safety services for the first ever Rally festival in Southwark Park.

This year OPS was asked to cover the Health and Safety at one of the longest running and most famous folk festivals in the world, Cambridge Folk Festival.

In July OPS ensured the safe delivery at our first ever food festival with the auditing an enabling 8 full scale restaurants to function on site with 120 traders, restaurants and bars on site.

OPS has been working with Mostly Jazz, Funk and Soul Festival since this festival started, and we have developed a strong relationship as a result of our services. This year, we were therefore requested to again deliver licenses in advance of the event, before heading to Moseley Park to provide on-site event health & safety services at the festival.

In July 2023, OPS worked alongside our sister agency, festival production company The Fair to ensure the safe delivery of El Dorado Festival.

After a successful debut in 2022, RecFest returned to Knebworth Park in July 2023 for the world’s largest talent acquisition and HR event. OPS ensured the Health and Safety onsite and ensured the safe working of 130 sponsors in addition to 40 contractors, supplier and traders.

The OPS team was requested to provide a range of services to ensure London’s first ever Uzbek Culture and Food Festival could go be enjoyed by up to 6,000 guests in the centre of the capital.

Casa Bacardi is an activation by Creation designed and constructed on two levels using multiple, re- purposed shipping containers. A Safety Officer from OPS was on site to manage Casa Bacardi throughout the live hours of Parklife festival in Manchester.

OPS returned to Gottwood for the sixth time in 2023 to ensure this critically acclaimed, independent and intimate underground electronic music festival could go ahead safely.

Summer Social returned to Richmond Athletic Ground and The Old Deer Park in June 2023, for a day of competition, music and fun at London's leading fitness and lifestyle festival.
